My style

First, I am not a medical doctor and cannot give you a specific protocol for your disease. As a naturopath, I educate others on how the body works and how, thru diet and lifestyle changes, you can supply needed nutrients to the body. I believe with the right tools the body can self-correct and work the way God designed it to. So I operate as a teacher and accountability partner to help you reach your goals!

I will guide you in manageable, low stress steps toward optimal health. I will support you step-by-step, always supplying you with the resources you need to help you reach your goals and make good decisions for your health. 

My recommendations may require that you give up certain foods or habits while working with me. Yes, change is hard, but I am interested in helping those who are willing to help themselves, so if you are full of excuses or married to your current lifestyle I am not the coach for you. In order to get well and optimize your health it is up to you to make your own decisions and listen to your body. No one can make decisions for you. Not me and not your doctor.

Please note, you should educate yourself fully and communicate all desired changes to your physician while working with me.

Getting well means making changes that may be uncomfortable for you at first. Listen to your body and rely only on yourself to decide what is best for you. Take my recommendations as suggestions and not as a prescription. I am only an avenue for information and support. If you commit to yourself, instill good quality whole food changes and healthy lifestyle habits you WILL see results!

Getting Started

I would love to meet with you and get you started on your path to optimal wellness! My initial consultation fee is $75.

Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (The NAQ) is a questionnaire that you complete online before we meet. This allows me to get a VERY detailed picture of your current symptoms and prioritize the body systems that we need to work on.

When we meet, I will go over the NAQ, do a ZYTO scan, and discuss your wellness goals.

We will assess where you are and look at where you want to go and chart a 30 day plan. You can then expect a follow-up email that will recap what we discussed and provide information about any resources or products that I suggest. I will follow that with a phone call a couple weeks later to make sure you’ve gotten started on the plan and then schedule a time for a follow-up appointment.
